Charles Carter noted:
The Peter Crawford designed Yellow Crozier Flextail Slab used to be one of 2 that I owned in Wellington NZ back in the early 80's.
It was the best board I've ever owned and I rode it all the time in preference to the newer, nicer looking, slimmer, red, white and blue one I had.
The yellow and pink fin you have a picture of was shaped by me! from I blank I had Roger Titcombe cut from a template based on the rather damaged original that came with the board. The fin shape was referred to as a Donkey Dick back in the day.

COMMENTS
DESIGN HISTORY
Originally designed as a single-fin by Peter Crawford in 1969 at Wallace Surfboards (the name credited to Midget Farrelly) as an alternative to the ultra-low floatation of the high performance Greenough Spoon, the Slab has since been in constant production in all fin combinations.
This example probably early 1980's - plug, fins, spray.
The triple fin boxes are in a long tradition of kneeboard fin variation and experimentation.
