| NOTES
BOARD HISTORY Purchased Nowra Tip, March 1997. Added paint removed, revealing delaminated decal. Repair in Volan glass and new decal (red/black) added, coutesy of Greg Bennett, Barry Bennet Surfboards. The remnants of the original decal still visible, and retain original street number, ie 180. Attempt to match gel coat over repairs. No stringers were found during repairs - the visible centre line is a remnant from the non-original paint work. MANUFACTURER HISTORY Barry Bennett Surfboards, COMMENTS Basic design suggests an early model, almost a foam copy of a Paipo. Unable to determine riding position.Twin fins unusual for this period. Similar board in the Scott Dillon collection. REFERENCES: CONDITION: 6, delaminated decal. |
